I LOVE tutus, so when I saw tutu wreaths on Pinterest, I just had to try one! In celebration of the fall season here is my orange and brown (with a hint of green) tulle tutu wreath. This wreath is constructed from an 8" Styrofoam ring with hand tied
tulle strips embellished with fall berries and hand made tulle roses in
