This tutu was made for a little Mizzou fan who wants to grow up and be a golden girl!  I made this around the Mizzou fabric and it was a bit of a struggle at first. Making the gold shades all match was harder than I expected but in the end I was really happy with how it turned out!

Denver Broncos Scrappy Tutu

It's finally football season and my hubby couldn't be happier, so to celebrate the game each week I made Denver Broncos Tutus for our girls. They turned out so cute! This is probably my favorite tutu so far. I found the best ribbon to go with it... one of the ribbons has little footballs all over it and another has "I <3 Football" all over it, they couldn't be more perfect! We love them and my girls love them! I am still trying to create a cute shirt to match so hopefully that will be coming soon, but for now, GO BRONCOS!!!

I LOVE tutus, so when I saw tutu wreaths on Pinterest, I just had to try one! In celebration of the fall season here is my orange and brown (with a hint of green) tulle tutu wreath. This wreath is constructed from an 8" Styrofoam ring with hand tied tulle strips embellished with fall berries and hand made tulle roses in brown, orange and green. Hope you all enjoy!!! Spiderman Goes Bowling

Spiderman Bowling Theme Tutu

This tutu is my latest special order for a Spiderman Bowling Tutu. I love special orders because they challenge me to get out of my comfort zone and try something fun. I can just imagine some cute little girl who loves Spiderman is having a bowling birthday party, and this tutu is the perfect way to customize the things they love and keep it girly, stylish and cute! This tutu has two different types of Spiderman fabric and two different types of bowling fabric. I then mixed in some fabrics that complimented both and finished it off with tulle and ribbon.

BASEBALL PAPER LANTERN

It's finally here, my first paper lantern fit for a boy! People kept asking for some of my items in a boy theme and after many trials and errors I finally came up with making a big baseball lantern. I am also working on making a basketball and football so check back if you are interested in those. My inspiration came from a beautiful baseball nursery a friend of mine designed (see pics below) that finally inspired this awesome lantern. Hope you enjoy!!!

My inspiration came from the best baseball nursery I have ever seen, so I have to share the pics!

My Favorite part of this nursery is the baseball chair rail made from baseballs cut in half and glued onto the rail that goes all around the room.

She also decorated with great artwork that has a vintage flair to it.

This beautiful turquoise butterfly flower paper lantern was one of my favorites to make. It was a special order for a girl's nursery and was inspired by this beautiful Shine a Bit of Light With Glue Arts Raisen Adhesives.

This lantern has 3D paper flowers and butterflies in a diagonal across it. They are made out of old book pages, scrapbook paper and tissue paper. They are finished off with pearl centers and pearl antennae for the butterflies. This lantern would be beautiful for any room in the house or as a centerpiece for a party or special event. It can be made with any color accent so the possibilities are endless.
